Specification and Costing.

Contract / Build Slot / Timeframe.

Creation Of Artwork .

This path is not for everyone, in fact, very few.

It is impossible to outline exact costs here as scale, material and technical considerations of a bespoke work of art speak of just a few of the variables in determining cost. Every piece is unique, that is its nature, much like the clientele who commission.

Minor works can start for as little as 10k A Substantive bronze piece may be 150k+

Enormous latitude exists in terms of material choices at the outset giving the opportunity to create something spectacular when budget restraints are necessary. If it can be done, I will do.

Process

The creativity involved in sculpture is but a minor role. Hiding behind the pleasing facade of a finished piece is a comprehensive set of skills and often hazardous effort that few would recognize or think about.

An accomplished sculptor is an artist at the wheel but is propelled by an engine built by the fettler, welder, engineer, pattern maker & patineur to name but a few. He must master them all or be considered less than the sum of these parts.
